VNG Games is seeking a Senior UX Designer for an internal VNG Games AI product who will be responsible for research practices and transforming data into actionable insights through various methods, creating personas and customer journeys to inform digital business decisions.

They will collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to establish UX success metrics, conduct product reviews, and contribute to a long-term UX patterns library while ensuring high-standard visual design production.


  • Adapt, manage, and innovate research practices including quantitative and qualitative user research projects to meet the team's needs under time pressure
  • Love data and analyze them to turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into digital business decisions
  • Analyze data, extract insights, and make UX decisions from various research methods: observational, interviews, participatory, usability testing, etc
  • Creating personas and customer journeys, empathy maps to define the user's usage & attitude needs/unmet needs to provide solutions
  • Explain and present design proposals to other executivelevel colleagues
  • Be able to define and contribute to the UX patterns library for the longterm goal
  • Collaborate with PO and Dev to build and monitor UX success metrics
  • Responsible for running or conducting product/heuristic review sessions
  • Visualize design to meet high standard production

Yêu cầu:

  • Experience with every stage of the UX design process, including research, sketching for wireframes with highfidelity mockups, testing for usability, finalizing design, etc
  • Experience in solving problems with a moderate to high level of complexity
  • Highly knowledgeable of the latest UX design tools and proficient at quickly learning new ones
  • Experience in crossfunctional stakeholder communication
  • Have experience with UX measurement methods, have used them, and can state the results
  • Prior experience working on design systems and shared components
  • Practice in Agile, Sprint models
  • Have experience with AI Applications
