Job description:

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers, s and engineers
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to illustrate how the app functions and look like.
  • Design systemwise components (interface elements, like menus, tabs )
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Plan and conduct crossfunctional (BA, PM, Engineering ) product strategy and implement to facilitate UX creation and ensure design output
  • Ensure consistent and intuitive user experiences across multiple devices and platforms.
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems and conduct adjustments based on user feedback
  • Create original graphic designs (e.g images, sketches and tables)
  • Design videos to introduce upcoming mobile products
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes.

Your skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI Design preferably in the Healthcare industry
  • Proven work experience as a Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
  • Knowledge of Figma (Adobe Suite is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of video
  • Team spirit and strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Good multitasking and timemanagement skills
  • Good English written and oral proficiency
