The job holder responsible for:

  • Collect sufficient data, commenting, analyzing and evaluating to serve the independent inspection and assessment of the effectiveness of policies/systems/activities/monitoring related to debt collection according to the law. segment/category; assessment/inspection to ensure debt collection operations within the framework of risk management regulations; close the credit administration loop; develop a policy of debt cancellation
  • Participate in the implementation of special debt collection operations at the request of management
  • Support the inspection and examination of debt collection activities

  • Perform work in accordance with policies, regulations, procedures, internal guidelines..., and service quality commitments (SLAs).

II. Professional Responsibilities

  • Build up collection stragtegy/ Debt sale và Risk transfer policy/ Assets handelling policy /Compliance và legal policy for special business operation
  • Participate in screening process, deploy the plan to propose appropriate operation partners for each collections channels.
  • Collect information about collection situation, effective collection strategy for each customer segment and give assessment.
  • Collect analytic information, evaluate the efficiency of rules, policy và collections process.
  • Cooperate with relating units in building and consensus collection strategy.
  • Prepare training program and communication plan for collection strategy and risk mitigation
  • Make proposal
  • Analysis, assess, give opinion to support (if any)
  • Send consult to unit propose after get consensus for consuting solutions from managers
  • Participate in deploying collection work according to internal rules, process as of each period: risk mitigation strategy, other strategies,...
  • Collecting records, analyzing, assessing customers' goodwill and ability to repay
  • Determine the extent of Techcombank's loss in case the risk mitigation plan is implemented
  • Give independent opinions on the proposed plan and submit it to the control level for consideration
  • Monitor and supervise the implementation of the plan, detect risks that may arise and can propose change plans, report directly to management.
  • Implement other debt recovery plans according to regulations and procedures from time to time
  • Participate in proposed research/coordinating implementation of projects on building/transforming technology/debt collection tools for the system. Maintain efficient operation of technology systems/debt collection tools.
  • Collect information, documents, analyze and evaluate current status of collection system.
  • Participate in contributing ideas to support manager to develop ideas and adjust the system/tool to ensure the effectiveness of debt collection activities
  • Periodically review and analyse the status of using debt collection system/tool, collect comments on corrections/additions of functions, reporting system, or other system related to collection in order to have a timely settlement plan.
  • Evaluate and propose solutions related to the system/tool (if any) to manager to improve the efficiency of debt collection.
  • Evaluate and propose consulting solutions related to the construction of parameters and principles applied in debt collection software

  • Participate in research, propose models, methods of debt recovery, principles of management, supervision, interaction, division of responsibility, assessment/measurement/recording tools,... in debt collection
  • Update changes in documents related to collection activities
  • Collect and analyze information and data in debt recovery to serve as a basis for building and determining debt collection models and methods, principles, standards, etc. Debt collection orientation of the Division and the Bank
  • Propose opinion on buiding/changing rules in documents based on collected information, asessment và analysis (if any)
  • Support to monitor and coordinate with policy units to finalize documents according to regulations
  • Participate in commenting, consulting/coordinating in the development of documents related to debt collection activities to ensure operational implementation, transparent and consistent monitoring in debt collection and meeting requirements. about customer experience.
