RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be able to set own section's midterm direction and strategy, plan and manage the whole section to achieve such direction and strategy.
  • Be able to regularly report section's situation to department managers and top management, then convey company/department policy/opinion to members.
  • Be able to make a consensus within section and conduct performance appraisal fairly.
  • Be able to consider overall optimization; cooperate and adjust resources among sections, rather than considering only the benefit for own work responsibility.
  • Allocate the territory for members to utilize the maximum resources
  • Set up KGI, and KPI for a daily visit of each member in their assigned territory.
  • Be a model for members in terms of delivering appropriate presentations, demonstrations, and onpatient demonstrations (OPD) on products and services.
  • Arrange the participants on behalf of the company in exhibitions, events or conferences.
  • Hold the PCL monthly meeting to ensure all prospects update timely & accurately in our Salesforce system. Also, justify the resource allocation properly for potential clients through PCL updates
  • Provide product, treatment, and soft skill training with the distributor.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Cooperate with a distributor to handle demand, complaints or objections from user.
  • Review feedback from customers or potential clients and share it with distributor and internal teams.
  • Constantly review the business result of Key Account Management (KAM) in the assigned territory and timely renew the target HP and set up proper tactics to achieve the target.
  • Maximize efficiency and effectiveness for Demo asset and eradicate overdue.
  • Cooperate with marketing department and Field Service Engineer (FSE) to understand the market and potential clients and consider the best way to approach potential clients and increase market coverage.
  • Bolster clinical support activity by working with distributor with the aim of reinforcement of salesforce
  • Follow up customer requests on the products in the event.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree. More than 3 years management experience in medical field
  • Economic background is preferred
  • Have experience of medical equipment is preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and logical thinking abilities
  • Fluently speaking in English
