The
Chief of Staff will work in close partnership with General Manager.

This is a critical role, with a high degree of trust and visibility among senior leaders across the organization; excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) are essential, along with high levels of approachability and emotional intelligence.


The ability to proactively and independently synthesize, distill and present information to inform objective, values-based decisions is critical in order to be successful.

High learning agility, and the ability to think strategically as well as understand the detail when required, is essential. Excellent planning skills are a must.

Strategy & Operations

  • Design and facilitation of monthly leadership team meetings (content development, meeting preparation and identifying / tracking key actions)
  • Utilize ADP (Accelerating Delivery and Performance) tools and principles to ensure meetings are efficient and effective.
  • Process design, stakeholder engagement and facilitation of strategy sessions to develop short and longterm strategic priorities
  • Facilitate leadership team strategy review and revision, inclusive of structure and capabilities with a focus on solutions.
  • Support Area GM on key deliverables:
  • Markets Visits (Senior Leaders / Board Members)
  • Crisis and Continuity Planning
  • Global processes and guidelines (e.g. Core Commercial Cycle)

Cross-functional Initiatives
Design and lead development of Area cross-functional initiatives to build capability and increase employee engagement**:

  • Leadership Summits
  • Region Strategy Board Meetings
  • HPT (High Performance Team) Workshops
  • Warren Community Team
  • Employee Recognition and Awards
  • Annual events (e
