Job description:

Do you have a passion for building enterprise systems? Would you like to be a vital part of the team which has a direct impact on the success of the company, and support the growth of our Core Insurance product?

We provide a comprehensive platform for local insurers in emerging Asian countries while using Vietnam as a technical hub.

  • By joining our team, you'll have the opportunity to lead transformative projects that will revolutionize how we manage insurance processes and serve our clients.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams, you will define the product vision, and roadmap, gather requirements, and ensure the successful delivery of features that meet both business and customer needs.
  • Provide detailed specifications with the mockup, workflow as well as detailed rules for user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with our agile team to deliver amazing work.
  • Engage with customers and endusers to gather feedback, and refine product features.
  • Report directly to the Product Manager.

Your skills and experience:

3y+ experience in Business Analyst or Product Owner role

  • Analytical mindset and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in working closely with both clients and agile development team
  • Ability to create wireframes/mockups and model diagrams
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- "Can-Do" spirit & Work under pressure

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or related fields
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience with Agile tools (Jira)
  • Good English skills in communication and documentation
  • Strong capacity to learn new business and systems with attention to details
  • Having experience in B2B systems
  • Financial services or insurance experience is a plus
