 RBVHhas started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development.) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally._

Job Description:

  • Sample management process support to Bosch internal division in Germany
  • Monitoring and negotiation for production progress in the German language with plants where samples are produced
  • Inform the negotiation result and collaborate with the sales department in Germany in the German language
  • Monitoring the transportation from plants to warehouses of Bosch's division
  • Confirm sample orders in the customer portal and maintain the internal master file
  • Communicate closely with project managers for sample process tracking
  • Attend conferences with stakeholders in order to get delivery information.

Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge with 3 years of experience in Sales / Sample Management or other related Supply chain management activities
  • Good English and German language skills
  • Good communication, structural thinking, and multitasking
  • Teamwork spirit, good time management, and coordination skills
  • BA in Economics/ languages but this is not the main selection criteria
  • Exposure to SAP (ERP) is preferable
  • High teamwork spirit
