**Mô tả công việc**:

- Hoạt động nhân sự chung (sửa đổi và thay đổi các quy định nhân sự, chuẩn bị hợp đồng nhân sự, tuyển dụng nhân viên, tính lương thưởng, thủ tục bảo hiểm xã hội và các hoạt động nhân sự khác)
- Hoạt động chung (sửa đổi và thay đổi các quy định chung, thủ tục IRC / ERC, thư từ quy định [phản hồi kiểm toán, chuẩn bị tài liệu báo cáo, v.v.], xem xét hợp đồng, hỗ trợ người Nhật [phiên dịch, công việc xin giấy phép lao động, v.v.], thủ tục bảo hiểm [bảo hiểm hỏa hoạn, bảo hiểm bồi thường cho người lao động, v.v.] và các hoạt động chung khác)
- Quản lý kinh doanh, đào tạo và phát triển nhân sự và nhân viên bộ phận tổng hợp
- Báo cáo kinh doanh và đề xuất cải tiến kinh doanh cho quản lý người Nhật.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Giới tính: Nam/Nữ
- Độ tuổi: 28 trở lên
- Trình độ:

- Ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Nhật (N2 hoặc tương đương)
- Kỹ năng:

- Trình độ tiếng Nhật N2 trở lên
- Có kinh nghiệm về nhân sự và các vấn đề chung tại một công ty Nhật Bản (5 năm trở lên)
- Kinh nghiệm quản lý (2 năm trở lên)
- Quen thuộc với công việc PC (đặc biệt là tạo tài liệu trong Word và Excel)
- Sinh sống hoặc có thể làm việc lâu dài tại tỉnh Thái Bình
- Số năm kinh nghiệm: 5 trở lên
- Giờ làm việc: 8:00-17:00 (T2-T6 và Thứ 7 cách tuần) (Thứ 7 cách tuần)
- Nơi làm việc: Thái Bình
- Mức lương: Đăng nhập để xem lương
