  • We're looking for a hardworking, international talent manager looking to join a global healthtech company in a highvisibility role to make an impact on public health in your region. In this role, you will be responsible for the talent management and HR operations at a global level.


This is a global position that requires excellent English proficiency (fluent or native only) and appetite to work across timezones in a fast-growing company.

This is a Talent Development role that requires with hands-on attitude to cover HR Ops to-dos. This is NOT a role for HR Ops.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Responsibilities- Talent strategy: work with the global lead recruiter to define and implement our global talent strategy; Company Culture Protection: develop and implement strategies to protect the company culture. Performance & feedback: develop and implement strategies to ensure good expectations setting and regular actionable feedback between managers and team members; Onboarding and Offboarding: manage the onboarding and offboarding of new hires and departing employees. Worldwide Pay Grade and Benefits: define the pay grades and benefits that are competitive in all markets in collaboration with global lead recruiter. HR Policies: Develop and maintain effective HR policies. Employee Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to engage and motivate employees. Payroll: Monitor and process employee payroll in a timely manner

Experience & expertise:

  • Fluency in English ("very good" is not good enough);
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; 5+ years of experience in people development / talent management for an international company;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fastpaced environment;
  • Knowledge of HR management systems;
  • Fluency in English

  • Highly organized, detailoriented, and reliable;
  • Passionate about creating a positive and productive work environment;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • NOT an HR Ops minded but a Talent Development mindset with handson HR Ops skills.

    What is the package & terms
  • Global contract with USD salary;
  • Base salary: $1,500~3,000 for 512 years of relevant experience;
  • Bonus: biannual performance based on objective KPIs and targets;
  • Probation: 2 months;
  • Benefits: 14 days of paidvacation, healthcare coverage (starts after probation), transportation budget;
  • Job location: HCMC, D1 (Monday to Thursday), Home office (Friday);
  • Working hours: starts at 9:00~9:30am, 5 to 6 days a week, ends late
