Assist the Loading team leader in planning, evaluating the team's activities to maintain the safety and develop the service quality.
- Tham gia hướng dẫn đào tạo chuyên môn nghiệp vụ cho nhân viên cấp dưới nhằm hạn chế những sai sót trong quá trình phục vụ;
Participate in guiding, training the new staff and the lower level staff in order to limit the possible mistakes during the service process.

Do the timekeeping and appraise the staff's service quality according to center's regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Nam: Tuổi từ 22-45, có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vục phục vụ sân đỗ, 3 năm làm Tài liệu / Điều phối / Thông thoại thực tế

Male/Female: Age: 22-45 years old, minimum 5 years working experience in Ramp Services, 3 years working in Load Control / Ramp Coordinator / Headset
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên

Bachelor or higher
- Tiếng Anh: giao tiếp, có khả năng đọc hiểu văn bản tiếng Anh, chứng chỉ TOEIC từ 500 điểm trở lên

English: basic communication, can read English document, Toeic 500 and above
- Có sức khỏe tốt, có khả năng làm việc trong môi trường áp lực, nắng nóng và tiếng ồn

Good health, be able to work under pressure, hot and noisy environment
- Sẵn sàng làm việc theo ca.
