Tính toán chính xác, kịp thời, đúng chính sách chế độ về các khoản tiền lương, thưởng, các khoản phụ cấp - trợ cấp.

Khấu trừ chính xác các chỉ tiêu nghĩa vụ phải nộp đối với Nhà nước như các khoản bảo hiểm bắt buộc, Thuế TNCN...

Xử lý quan hệ lao động, giải quyết các khiếu nại, giải đáp thắc mắc liên quan đến tiền lương - thưởng, chế độ bảo hiểm, chế độ phúc lợi, kỷ luật lao động, chế độ làm việc nghỉ ngơi,...

Trực tiếp/ tham gia xây dựng chính sách quản trị nguồn nhân lực của Công ty liên quan đến lương, thưởng, phúc lợi, nội quy lao động... tương ứng với các nội dung nhận được từ phản hồi của NLĐ và Luật pháp hiện hành cho từng đối tượng cụ thể đảm bảo hiệu quả, khuyến khích năng suất và kết quả công việc của toàn bộ nhân sự trong Công ty;
Các công việc khác phát sinh liên quan đến nghiệp vụ C&B đang phụ trách.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Có kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 03-5 năm ở vị trí C&B tại công ty có quy mô từ 500 nhân sự trở lên, mạnh về mảng tính lương, thưởng;
Có kỹ năng giao tiếp và xử lý tình huống tốt, đã từng xử lí giải quyết các quan hệ lao động;
Am hiểu, nắm chắc luật lao động, luật BHXH, luật Thuế TNCN;
Làm việc có tính hệ thống;
Sử dụng thành thạo Word, Excel đặc biệt là Google Sheet;
Ưu tiên ứng viên nhạy bén với con số, logic, đã từng tham gia xây dựng thang bảng lương và đã từng quản lý team;
Có tinh thần ham học, cải thiện bản thân, kiên trì để đạt mục tiêu;
Ứng viên có tinh thần chủ động, trách nhiệm trong công việc;
Có laptop cá nhân.
