In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support for our software products, ensuring that all inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. You will be the primary point of contact for our Australian customers and will work closely with our development team to ensure that issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Duties:

Document and track customer issues and resolutions
Troubleshoot software issues and work with customers to resolve them
Participate in customer service initiatives to improve customer satisfaction
Provide training to customers on how to use our software products
Work with the development team to identify and resolve recurring issues
Escalate issues to the development team as needed
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met
