Báo cáo- Tổng hợp các báo cáo KPIs (Hoạt động route, ASO, KPI thực thi...) cùng với việc phân tích các dữ liệu liên quan để đưa ra các đề xuất hỗ trợ/giải quyết kịp thời cho cấp quản lí/ sales khu vực
- Theo dõi và ghi nhận thành tích làm việc của đội ngũ sales khu vực

Khác- Tham gia hỗ trợ bộ phận huấn luyện, bộ phận TMKT theo yêu cầu
- Tổ chức các sự kiện của sales (Hội nghị NPP, Hội nghị Tết...)
- Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu từ cấp quản lí trực tiếp

- Có kiến thức về Go to market và mô hình phân phối
- Thấu hiểu khách hàng
- Kĩ năng quản lý dự án và hướng tới kết quả
- Tư duy chiến lược, kỹ năng phân tích, giải quyết vấn đề
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và thuyết trình tốt
- Chịu được áp lực công việc và sẵn sàng đi công tác
- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành liên quan.
