Responsibilities / Duties- Develops value-creating solutions for the customer in response to presented problems with defined scope and impact.- Effectively applies the scientific method to solve technical problems.- Under guidance of senior colleagues, develops hypotheses, plans and executes effective experiments, generates reproducible data, interprets results, and modifies hypotheses appropriately. Participates in the generation of ideas and data to support the development of intellectual capital.- Effectively protects Dow intellectual capital when working with customers through appropriate use of secrecy and JD agreements. Serves as an information resource for the project team and stakeholders.- Leads small technical sub team of a larger, well-defined project.- With mínimal coaching, communicates clearly and effectively in a timely manner (verbal and written formats) and effectively interacts with audience for related discussions.


Education- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in chemistry, engineering, or a science-related discipline or 6 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree is required.- Master's degree or additional relevant work experience a plus.
