Chuyên Viên Kinh Doanh B2B (Key Account Manager)
- Đối tượng Khách hàng: Các chuỗi giặt sấy, chuyễn F&B, Nhà hàng và Karaok lớn, Suất ăn công nghiệp, căn tin, Doanh nghiệp,...
- Sản phẩm: Nước giặt, Bột giặt, Nước xả vải, Javen, nước rửa chén, lau sàn, món khai vị, Gia vị cơ bản, nguyên liệu pha chế,...
- 60% làm việc tại văn phòng, 40% gặp đối tác

+ Mô tả công việc:

- Tìm kiếm khách hàng, tư vấn giới thiệu về các sản phẩm của Công ty;
- Soạn thảo hợp đồng mua bán, đôn thúc hoàn thành các thủ tục mua bán, giao hàng, thanh toán;
- Chăm sóc khách hàng thường xuyên;
- Đề xuất các chương trình Marketing nhằm thúc đẩy tăng trưởng doanh số;
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của cấp quản lý.

+ Yêu cầu:

- Nam, nữ từ 24 tuổi, tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên
- Kinh nghiệm ít nhất 1 năm vị trí tương đương (Sales B2B/ MT channel/ Key Account);
- Am hiểu về ngành hàng FMCG, đặc biệt là Hoá phẩm, Thực phẩm,...
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các chuỗi, ưu tiên có sẵn mối quan hệ với các chuỗi;
- Có kỹ năng giao tiếp và đàm phán tốt.

+ Quyền lợi:

- Lương cơ bản + Phụ cấp triệu + Thưởng từ 1 - 3%. Thu nhập triệu;
- Lương tháng 13, review lương, quà tết, sinh nhật, 8/3, 20/10,...
- Chế độ bảo hiểm đầy đủ theo quy định như: BHXH, BHTN, BHYT;
- Du lịch, hoạt động team building, tất niên,
- Các chế độ khác theo chính sách từng cấp bậc.

Thời gian làm việc: 8h - 17h. Thứ 2 - sáng Thứ 7
