The
Senior Salesforce Support Administrator will help the CRM team to manage OPSWAT's Sales Cloud & Service Cloud, CPQ Application, Salesforce integrations, and 3rd party apps.


What you will be do

:

  • 60% User Support (Including members from the CRM Team).
  • 15% Functionality Test.
  • 10% Data management and audits, including CPQ.
  • 10% Salesforce platform Administration.
  • 5% Code development and APEX deployment (Skill Development).
  • Support Salesforce users with the following processes:
  • Support our Salesforce Communities.
  • Support Salesforce Users.
  • Manage Escalation & Stay On Call (*As needed).
  • CPQ (Configure Price Quote).
  • Support our Salesforce Communities.
  • Perform Data Maintenance Schedules.
  • Support System Integrations (X to Salesforce/ Salesforce to X).
  • Support Order Processing.
  • Environment management (Partial and Dev. sandboxes).
  • Evaluate 3rd Party Tools. Debug & Troubleshooting APEX Errors.
  • Become familiar with Apex and Visualforce and how it is used within the organization.

What we need from you

:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Certification are
    required
:

  • Salesforce CPQ Certification is highly desirable.
    Willingness to become certified is a must
:

  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data storage, security model, etc.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience with Salesforce Administration.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with Salesforce CPQ.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with Salesforce Lightning.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite and advanced excel skills required.
  • Any knowledge of Database/SQL, Cloud ETLs is a plus (i.e. Jitterbit, Dell Boomi).
  • Flexible Schedule, with availability to work during AMER Hours (U.S. EST and PST) from OPSWAT's Office, remote, or from other locations designated by OPSWAT.
