Responsible in analyzing assessment information and data to rationalize work process of IT Service project

  • Conduct training as require for customer users
  • Other tasks as requirement
  • Requirement to travel in providing support on Project Management activities in provinces
  • Internal IT support(helpdesk)
  • Work on ITS project scope, goals and deliverable that support business goals in collaboration with all parties
  • Assist for printer + IT Services project in conducting assessment, consulting, deployment and reporting
  • Work with all related departments (within Company, outsource parties and Headquarter/ Incorporation) to provide quality ITS implementation and delivery services.
  • Implement company software solutions to customers

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Well organized, high sense of responsibilities, team work
  • Good English communication
  • Strong planning and analytical skills
  • Understanding of digital printers (a plus)
  • Good technical knowledge, troubleshooting
  • Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Graduated from IT/Engineering related field of University/College (a plus)
  • Have some knowledge of MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate)
  • Have knowledge on Network, window servers
  • Experiences in similar position from 3 years (a plus)
