**Job Purpose/ **_Mục Tiêu Công Việc:_**
- To support IT System Development Senior Manager in discharging his / her duties and responsibilities on the users' requirements on software development/ enhancement./ _Hỗ trợ Trưởng phòng Phát triển Hệ thống CNTT thực hiện nhiệm vụ, trách nhiệm của mình đối với các yêu cầu của người dùng về phát triển/nâng cao phần mềm. _
- The CRM System Development Manager will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements and develop solutions that align with the organization's objectives./ _Trưởng phòng Phát triển Hệ thống Quản trị Quan hệ Khách hàng sẽ phối hợp chặt chẽ với các phòng ban liên quan để hiểu nhu cầu và yêu cầu kinh doanh cũng như phát triển các giải pháp phù hợp với mục tiêu của công ty._

**Job Accountabilities/ **_Trách Nhiệm Công Việc:_**
- Support, develop and maintain CRM systems for the company./ _Hỗ trợ, phát triển và duy trì hệ thống Quản Trị Quan Hệ Khách Hàng cho công ty._
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives/ _Trao đổi với các bên liên quan để hiểu nhu cầu và mục tiêu kinh doanh._
- Design, develop, and deploy customizations, features, and integrations within the CRM system/ _Thiết kế, phát triển và triển khai các tùy chỉnh, tính năng và tích hợp trong hệ thống Quản Trị Quan Hệ Khách Hàng_
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to the CRM systems/ _Cung cấp hỗ trợ kỹ thuật và khắc phục sự cố liên quan đến hệ thống Quản Trị Quan Hệ Khách Hàng_
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM systems/ _Đảm bảo tính chính xác và toàn vẹn của dữ liệu trong hệ thống Quản Trị Quan Hệ Khách Hàng_
- Create and update documentation related to CRM system architecture, configuration and customization/ _Tạo và cập nhật tài liệu liên quan đến kiến trúc, cấu hình và tùy chỉnh hệ thống Quản Trị Quan Hệ Khách Hàng._
- Stay up-to-date with CRM software industry trends and best practices/ _Luôn cập nhật các xu hướng và phương pháp hay nhất của ngành phần mềm Quản Trị Quan Hệ Khách Hàng._
- Ability to analyze, evaluate and propose software solutions based on requirements from departments, or initiatives to promote the digitalization process to reduce manual work and increase work efficiency / _Khả năng phân tích, đánh giá và đề xuất các giải pháp phần mềm dựa vào các yêu cầu từ các phòng ban, hoặc những sáng kiến để thúc đẩy quá trình số hoá nhằm giảm thiểu manual work và tăng hiệu suất làm việc._
- Other tasks are as assigned by Line Manager/ _Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của quản lý trực tiếp. _

**Job Requirements/ **_Yêu Cầu Công Việc:_***
- A minimum of a BA degree in a related field and relevant experience, as follows/ _Tối thiểu bằng cử nhân trong lĩnh vực liên quan và kinh nghiệm liên quan, như sau:_
- **Certifications**: Advanced education and certifications are required to work as an Information System field or related desired./ _Chứng chỉ: Yêu cầu phải có bằng cấp và chứng chỉ nâng cao để làm việc trong lĩnh vực Hệ thống thông tin hoặc mong muốn có liên quan._
- Capable of English speaking, writing and listening skills/ _Có khả năng nói, viết và nghe tiếng Anh._
- Experience in developing and maintaining CRM systems/ _Kinh nghiệm phát triển và duy trì hệ thống _Quản Trị Quan Hệ Khách Hàng_
- Familiarity with CRM software platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP,/ _Làm quen với các nền tảng phần mềm _Quản Trị Quan Hệ Khách Hàng_ như Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, _
- Good programming skills in languages such as Java, JavaScript, C#, Ruby/ _Kỹ năng lập trình tốt bằng các ngôn ngữ như Java, JavaScript, C#, Ruby,._
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail/ _Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề xuất sắc và chú ý đến từng chi tiết._
- Good knowledge and rich experience in Retail, Ecommerce is a plus/ _Có kiến thức tốt và kinh nghiệm dày dặn trong lĩnh vực Bán lẻ, Thương mại điện tử là một lợi thế._
- Experience working on multitasking and prioritizing./ _Có kinh nghiệm làm việc đa nhiệm và sắp xếp thứ tự ưu tiên._
