This position is the customer facing point of contact in the commercial transaction process and, as such, requires high level of professionalism.

Efficiency in this role has a direct impact on the company's revenue stream.

The position reports into the Sales Execution Manager on a day to day basis, and works in close cooperation with the Execution Officers on the Sales & Marketing team.

The position is expected to coordinate cooperation with the other departments within MHT including Production, and Supply Chain Management.

  • Prepare and collate all pre and postshipping documents including Packing Lists, B/L, shipping manifest, Certificates of Assay, Certificate of Weight, Certificate of Origin, Customs Declaration, Invoice (provisional and final), etc.
  • Liaise directly with forwarders to ensure sufficient freight coverage that shipments can sail in accordance with forecast, and production. Problem solving freight delays and unforeseen circumstances to avoid any customer impact.
  • Coordinate shipments with production to meet customer (contract) requirements and MHT's requirements (inventory, ship availability).
  • To prepare documentation for customs clearance (Invoice, PL, CDF, P/O, Certificate of Assay, etc) (coordinate with Finance/ Accounting for exporttax payment if any). Ensure export customs clearance is obtained in a timely manner and accurately.
  • Ensure that pricing and sales data in SAP are entered & maintained in SAP in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that the shipment forecast and production coordination records are updated accurately, and in a timely manner. Regularly check the record change logs, and shipment ready date record to arrange container bookings accordingly.
  • Coordinate with Finance Team to reconcile payments on a weekly basis. Track payment receipt from customers and follow up with customers immediately if payments are late or short. Update trade logs.
  • Ensure that Sales Execution Officer input PR/SE in SAP in a timely manner.
  • Other tasks as directed by the Head of Sales &Marketing Vietnam, Sales Manager and Sales Execution Manager.

Tại văn phòng Công ty Núi Pháo tại tầng 15, tòa tháp Hòa Bình, 106 Hoàng Quốc Việt, Cầu Giấy, Hà Nội
Lịch làm việc: 5/2 (làm 5 ngày, nghỉ 2 ngày cuối tuần), làm việc 8h/ ngày.

  • Hỗ trợ tiền ăn /ngày làm việc thực tế, theo chính sách công ty hiện nay là 60,000 VND/ngày làm việc.
  • Ngoài các loại hình bảo hiểm bắt buộc theo quy định của Pháp luật thì Công ty còn mua tặng bảo hiểm chăm sóc y tế, rủi ro tai nạn cho nhân viên, vợ/chồng và con của nhân viên.

Môi trường làm việc:

Đa văn hóa, có nhiều người nước ngoài từ hơn 10 quốc gia đến làm việc tại Công ty.

Có nhiều người Việt nam đến từ nhiều vùng miền, nhiều tỉnh thành cùng về làm việc.

Chính sách thưởng:

Qualification

  • University graduate in English and International Business, Foreign trade, economics, Commerce, International business
  • Professional knowledge relating to import
- export, international payments, shipping

Experience

  • Need 23 years of experience on exporting bulk shipments, finalize pricing procedure with VN customs.
Personal Qualities

  • Good organizational skills, time management, phone communication and teamwork, able to prioritize work load and adapt to changing demands.
  • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel). SAP/ERP experience would be an advantage
