- Nắm rõ các thông tin khẩu học, tài chính, tài sản, thói quen, sở thích.. của khách hàng.
- Phân tích các sản phẩm/ dịch vụ KH đang sử dụng, các chỉ số tài chính để đánh giá được sức khỏe tài chính của khách hàng, hiểu được khẩu vị rủi ro/ mục tiêu của khách hàng để từ đó nhận diện nhu cầu của Khách hàng, tư vấn các sản phẩm/ sản phẩm đầu tư liên quan nhằm gia tăng tài sản và lợi ích cho khách hàng.
- Quản lý, chăm sóc, am hiểu sâu sắc danh mục khách hàng cao cấp được giao, đánh giá được hiệu quả khai thác danh mục khách hàng.
- Phát hiện ra các nhu cầu phức tạp của khách hàng cao cấp và giàu có, thiết kế gói giải pháp để đáp ứng tốt nhất các yêu cầu đó.
- Xây dựng mạng lưới khách hàng, mở rộng các quan hệ từ Danh mục khách hàng sẵn có để khai thác, tìm kiếm các khách hàng tiềm năng.
- Chủ động/ liên tục cập nhật và quảng bá tới khách hàng các tính năng mới, lợi ích mới của SPDV khách hàng đang sử dụng, các chính sách, quy định có tác động đến tài sản khách hàng và thông tin thay đổi của thị trường, xu thế; các sản phẩm, dịch vụ mới dành cho khách hàng Private.
- Cung cấp các giải pháp dịch vụ tổng thể cho các khách hàng đáp ứng tối đa các nhu cầu của khách hàng.
- Luôn đưa đến Khách hàng trải nghiệm xuất sắc nhất và đề xuất các giải pháp để nâng cao tiêu chuẩn chất lượng dịch vụ cho khách hàng Private

**Job Requirements**:
Yêu cầu:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chính quy loại Khá, Giỏi. Ưu tiên chuyên ngành đào tạo: kinh tế, tài chính, ngân hàng, ngoại thương, quản trị kinh doanh. Ưu tiên các du học sinh có chuyên ngành đào tạo tương đương tại các trường ĐH uy tín ở nước ngoài hoặc các ứng viên có chứng chỉ CFA, CPA, ACCA
- Trình độ tiếng Anh: Có chứng chỉ tiếng Anh Toeic (hoặc tương đương) từ 650 trở lên
- Ít nhất 8 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí quản lý/bán hàng trực tiếp cho phân khúc KH cao cấp thuộc lĩnh vực tài chính/ngân hàng/đầu - tư/bảo hiểm/du lịch/khách sạn/BĐS/chứng khoán. Đã có kinh nghiệm quản lý các khách hàng cao cấp và giàu có, chủ doanh nghiệp, chuyên gia nước ngoài, am hiểu sâu sắc về hành vi và nhu cầu của Khách hàng siêu giàu.
- Am hiểu sâu sắc các sản phẩm dành cho Khách hàng Private, có kinh nghiệm lending, có khả năng tư vấn gói giải pháp tài chính tổng thể cho khách hàng; Có khả năng nắm bắt hiện trạng và xu thế thị trường đầu tư; Am hiểu nhóm Khách hàng Private; Có khả năng phân tích tài chính doanh nghiệp
