Job description:

  • Being in charge of some administrative tasks:
  • Asset and equipment management.
  • Procurement and distribution of working equipment and stationery according to regulations.
  • Manage contracts, records.
  • Prepare periodical reports to departments, internal reports.
  • Supporting sales department: packing, delivery to the carrier...
  • Warehouse management by using Fast software (managing export, import, inventory, inventory, preservation...)
  • Implementing some accounting jobs as a staff (such as issuing VAT invoices, vouchers, etc).
  • Reporting directly to GA-HR manager.
  • Other tasks as assigned by superiors and the Company's management.

Job requirements:

  • Graduated with Japanese major and have basic accounting knowledge.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar position.
  • Foreign languages: Japanese required (N2 or equivalent), English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Proficient in office computing.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Honesty, enthusiasm, responsibility, ability to work in a team.
