POSITION PURPOSE:
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondences/ postmails for the Department;
- Manage all administrative tasks including handling payments, travel/logistic bookings, service bookings, stationery purchase on monthly basis for the Office and its staff(s), coordinate with relevant departments to ensure admin procedure compliance accordance with the University's policies and processes;
- Assist with arranging & preparing for IO's meetings or partners' visit in coordination with other members of the team;
- Work closely with IO Manager in managing Department's budget, and and updating KPIs and reports on regular basis for IO Manager (monthly/quarterly);
- Assist IO Manager uptodate information resources of the Department such as: policies, procedures, project documents, partnership agreements, marketing materials
- Provide translation supports and other administrative duties when being assigned by the IO Manager;
