Your Responsibilities

Collaborate with the RA Partner to develop Risk Advisory clients for Deloitte Vietnam RA practice, specifically in IT advisory and Cyber Security services. Lead sales initiatives, manage contracts, and ensure the delivery of Risk services align with client expectations. Additionally, focus on nurturing local RA staff in Hanoi and HCMC to meet business demands.

This role entails active participation in project teams to facilitate the development and successful implementation of projects/programs within the RA function.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Performance & Important Metrics:

Secure new sales within the Risk Advisory Function, oversee contracts, and deliver services to achieve annual KPI's related to revenue, profit, billable hours, AR, collection, and WIP. Key financial indicators include:

  • Net Client Service Revenue (NSR)
  • Chargeable hours
  • Utilization
  • Lockup (WIP + AR/Revenue)
  • AR over 60 days/total AR (%)
  • Recovery rate
  • Days of collection

Key Managerial Performance Indicators

  1. Facilitator hours for staff level
  2. Regular updates of personal-portfolio metrics (Revenue, WIP, AR, etc)
  3. Full compliance with Performance Management process
  4. Timely submission of timesheets
  5. Positive Practice Review results
  6. Adherence to Firm's policies (e.g., Risk and Reputation, Ethics, e-Learning)

Service Delivery Standards

Collaborate with the partner and RA team to provide Cyber risk management, assessments, compliance reviews, and other Risk Advisory services. Independently expand the network, drive business development, and deliver exceptional services within set quality standards.

Business and Marketing Planning

Develop and execute business strategies that enhance market share and service levels, while achieving financial targets. Assist Partners in gathering market insights and conceptualizing innovative solutions to meet client needs.

People Management

Develop, train, and mentor a competent team to deliver high-quality work collaboratively. Support talent development within RA practice and provide continuous on-the-job training and feedback.

Branding and Networking

Contribute to RA's visibility through public engagements and client interactions. Identify and pursue new market opportunities to meet revenue goals.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Internal Audit, or related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience with 3+ years in a managerial role and over 4 years in Cyber Security and IT Advisory services.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing RA staff.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in local and regional teams, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Skilled in business development and client relationship management.
  • Energy, drive, and high professional ethics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools.
  • Professional qualifications are a plus.
