JOB SUMMARY:


The Director for Performance Management and Innovation plays a critical role in driving organizational performance, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring continuous improvement within Hoan My to achieve excellence across all business functions.

This position will be responsible for driving and leading innovation initiatives that align with our overall business goals and strategic vision.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performance Management:

  • Develop and implement strategies to monitor and improve organizational performance.

Innovation Management:

  • Develop, Implement, and Drive Innovative solutions.

Data Analysis:

  • Collect and analyze relevant data to measure the impact of aligned innovation initiatives on performance outcomes.
  • Analyze quantitative data such as patient metrics, financial data, or operational efficiency indicators.

Baseline and Comparative Analysis:

  • Establish baseline measurements of relevant performance indicators.
  • Conduct comparative analysis between pre
- and post-implementation data to determine the effect of aligned innovation on performance outcomes.

Performance Scorecards and Dashboards:

  • Develop performance scorecards or dashboards that visually represent the relevant performance metrics and track progress over time.
  • Regularly review and update these scorecards to ensure ongoing monitoring and transparency.

Scenario Planning:

  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of relevant internal and external factors that could impact the organization's future.
  • Develop a range of plausible future scenarios based on the research and analysis.
  • Ensure that the scenario planning process is integrated into the organization's strategic planning efforts.

Ongoing Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:

  • Establish a process of ongoing evaluation and continuous improvement.
  • Regularly assess the results and effectiveness of performance management alignment with innovation.
  • Gather feedback, conduct postimplementation reviews, and use the insights gained to refine strategies and approaches for better outcomes.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Stay informed of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to healthcare innovation.
  • Ensure that innovation initiatives within the hospitals comply with industry regulations, privacy, and security standards.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 10 years of related experience.
  • Prior experience working in a Medical Corporation, Hospital, or Clinic is required.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
  • Experience in leading and managing teams, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven experience in driving innovation, strategy development, and performance management within a complex organization.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams toward achieving strategic goals.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to assess organizational performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop effective strategies.
Proficiency in performance management methodologies, such as balanced scorecards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and performance measurement frameworks.

  • Knowledge of innovation frameworks and methodologies, such as design thinking, agile, or lean startup, to drive innovative initiatives within the organization.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams, present findings and recommendations to senior management, and drive organizational change.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools, performance management software, and project management techniques.
  • Understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes relevant to the organization's field.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • A bachelor's degree in any healthcarerelated field.
