Team Leadership and Development:

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the fashion department, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness.
  • Implement and enforce store policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall store operations.
  • Manage scheduling and staffing levels to meet business needs.

Customer Service:

  • Uphold the brand's commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Train and coach team members to provide personalized styling and fashion advice to customers.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement action plans to optimize sales performance.
  • Encourage upselling and crossselling of highend fashion products.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock assessments, and coordinate replenishment orders.
  • Implement effective markdown and discount strategies to manage inventory effectively.

Visual Merchandising:

  • Ensure that visual merchandising displays and layouts align with the brand's image and seasonal themes.
  • Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create compelling product displays.

Compliance and Loss Prevention:

  • Enforce store security and loss prevention protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degreerelated field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the highend fashion retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of highend fashion trends and products.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
