Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market presence.Conduct customer visits to present products and solutions effectively.Drive sales performance to achieve both revenue and profitability goals.Align personal sales activities with broader business strategies.Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.Provide pre-sales and post-sales support in coordination with internal departments.Prepare quotations using ERP systems and ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries.Conduct market research and provide insights to the sales manager.Monitor quotation status and maintain accurate sales forecasts.Review and process orders in collaboration with the project management team to ensure smooth execution.Ensure all sales documentation complies with internal quality standards and ISO procedures.Participate in special projects or tasks as assigned by management.Required Competencies:Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in CRM systems and ERP platforms.Qualifications & Experience:Minimum from 4 years of experience in industrial field sales, preferably in process instrumentation or related sectors.Educational background in engineering, business, or equivalent experience.Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management across various industries.Proficiency in English.With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and Manufacturing sectors worldwide.
