What you will be responsible for:

• Review the completeness of documentation for new products/projects, conduct technical reviews, evaluate prototypes/samples, and promptly provide feedback on review results to relevant departments and personnel.
• Oversee the entire production process for new products, including design evaluation, production assessment, production introduction, and follow-up.
• Evaluate and assess external suppliers, monitor production, conduct process audits, transfer technical documentation, and provide technical support.
• Develop product engineering documents, create testing fixtures, and prepare related materials.
• Track and evaluate ECNs (Engineering Change Notices) during trial production/mass production, and assist R&D in improving and validating designs.
• Lead the analysis and resolution of production anomalies, identify root causes, and develop and implement verified solutions.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.

How you will stand out:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of experience in large-scale electronics or communications manufacturing. Overseas work experience is preferred. Highly proactive with strong teamwork skills.
• Over 2 years of experience in the introduction of new products, particularly in servers and computer motherboards, along with project management and external supplier management experience.
• Experience in quality control of the PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) manufacturing process, with familiarity in manufacturing process technology, and extensive experience in SMT (Surface Mount Technology), DIP (Dual In-line Package) soldering, assembly testing, MSD (Moisture Sensitive Devices), and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) management. Capable of process design, key process control, and handling process defects.
• Experience in leading anomaly analysis and resolution, with expertise in process optimization, lean improvement, and specialized enhancements in efficiency and quality.
• Proficient in using management tools such as MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), Office, and OA (Office Automation) tools.
