Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Authority: Staff
Contract Type: Labor Contract (limited-term contracts based on Work Permit)
SALARY:
1,800-3,000 USD gross (It can be adjusted based on your skills, experience, and position.)
PURPOSE OF RECRUITMENT
we are recruiting a Sales Executive to work under a new Japanese Sales Manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
・Work as a sales account manager of software development services, or IT products depending.
・As an account manager, you will maintain and expand existing clients and develop new clients. Your work covers a
wide range of tasks, with certain processes already standardized. Sales Administrative tasks are handled in coordination
with dedicated staff such as Sales Admin and Back Office.
SKILL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
– MUST –
・More than 3 years of experience in BtoB Sales (or SE/PM in IT Industry).
・English Communication Skill.
- We don't care about test scores, but we emphasize being able to simply communicate with a focus on
achieving goals between non-native speakers.
- Environment: With Japanese clients and Japanese-speaking colleagues within the company, communication will be conducted in Japanese. English will be used with Vietnamese employees who do not speak Japanese,
and Vietnamese will be the primary language among Vietnamese-speaking employees.
・People who can think, learn, and act independently.
– NICE TO HAVE –
・Since it will be a business that maintains & makes project proposals (several millions to tens of millions of yen),
communication skills, business understanding, imagination and ideas are essential.

Sales Team Members, Organizational Managers, Technical Specialists, PM/PMO, etc.. Designers, and Client.
