  • KOC/UGC Campaign Support
  • Research and shortlist KOLs/Influencers/UGC creators based on campaign briefs.
  • Assist in product seeding/gifting campaigns (packing, delivery tracking, reporting).
  • Maintain and update KOL database (profiles, rates, performance).
  • Support communication with KOLs: sending briefs, tracking deliverables, collecting posting links.
  • Content Creation & Brand Communication
  • Assist in creating and editing social media content (captions, images, short videos if needed) for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and website.
  • Support brainstorming sessions and propose creative ideas for marketing campaigns.
  • Help monitor and report on content performance (reach, engagement, conversion.)
  • Administrative & Project Support
  • Handle administrative tasks such as processing payments, preparing paperwork, and maintaining proper campaign documentation.
  • Support other ad-hoc marketing tasks and team projects as needed.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Undergraduate student (3rd–4th year) or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communication, Business, PR, or related fields.
  • Interest in beauty/skincare industry and social media trends.
  • Solid writing and communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar design/editing tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with TikTok/Instagram trends and the KOL/KOC landscape.
  • Previous experience in communications-related extracurricular activities or student clubs.
