What you will be doing

As Product Marketing & Engagament Specialist, you will lead product communication at Timo and craft compelling stories for all features and products. You will partner closely with Commercial, Design and Tech teams to make sure key messages reach users effectively. You will track user behavior, run campaigns and use insights to drive better outcomes.

  • Develop and execute product marketing and enagagement strategies to increase adoption and feature usage.

  • Build narratives and positioning for new features/products

  • Collaborate with BA, Design, and Tech teams to ensure key messages are integrated into the product experience

  • Analyze user behavior and market trends to identify engagement opportunities

  • Design and implement campaigns to introduce new products and promote existing features

  • Track & report KPIs: adoption, engagement, retention…

Your skill and experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing and promotion, preferably in fintech/banking

  • Experience defining & tracking product adoption/engagement metrics

  • Excellent user data analysis skills

  • Creative thinking and persuasive storytelling abilities

  • Deep understanding of user journey and psychology

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment

  • Fluent English
