The Branch Manager – North
plays a crucial role in
driving sales performance and achieving revenue targets
within the
Northern region
.
This position requires
strong leadership skills

deep understanding of FMCG market dynamics
, and the ability to
build and maintain strategic relationships
with key clients and partners to ensure sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities, conduct market research, and stay updated with industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors to maximize sales opportunities.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and develop appropriate strategies.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, trainings, and presentations to keep the team informed and motivated.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, industry regulations, and competitor activities to effectively communicate and promote company products.
Job requirements:
- Dynamic and flexible.
- Have developed interpersonal, organization and communication skills.
- A natural leader, analytical thinker has managed sales team of over 500 people and the ability work effectively under pressure.
- Have detailed understanding of critical success factors with in the area of FMCG industry.
- At least 5 years sales experience in a middle / senior management capacity in a relevant industry.
