Machine Learning Scientist
xuất sắc để cùng xây dựng một đội ngũ nghiên cứu lâu dài, tập trung phát triển các giải pháp AI tiên tiến phục vụ
tối ưu hóa quy trình sản xuất thuốc – đặc biệt là các thuốc điều trị ung thư và dược phẩm y tế nói chung
. Đây là sản phẩm cốt lõi và chiến lược dài hạn của doanh nghiệp, không phải dự án ngắn hạn.

Bạn sẽ làm gì:

* Thiết kế và duy trì các pipeline dữ liệu end-to-end để xử lý, làm sạch và version các bộ dữ liệu phân tử và phenotypic quy mô lớn.

* Tự động hóa các mô phỏng docking cao thông lượng, trích xuất và featurize docking poses & affinity scores.

* Nghiên cứu, prototype và đưa vào production các mô hình Graph Neural Networks và Transformer cho molecular property prediction, lead optimization và virtual screening.

* Phát triển và tích hợp semi-supervised learning & active learning workflow để tối đa hóa thông tin từ dữ liệu thực nghiệm hạn chế.

* Xây dựng framework đánh giá, benchmark và liên tục cải thiện hiệu suất mô hình (ROC-AUC, enrichment factor…).

* Hợp tác chặt chẽ với các nhà hóa học, sinh học và kỹ sư phần mềm để tích hợp giải pháp ML vào nền tảng discovery, đảm bảo reproducibility, scalability (distributed/GPU training) và codebase sạch.

* Trình bày kết quả qua meeting nội bộ, báo cáo, và (nếu có điều kiện) publication hoặc conference.

Yêu cầu bắt buộc:

* Tốt nghiệp Tiến sĩ (hoặc có kinh nghiệm postdoc tương đương) ngành Computer Science, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan, có publication mạnh.

* Ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm thực tế trong AI/ML.

* Thành thạo Python và ít nhất một trong các framework: PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX.

* Có kinh nghiệm thực tế với các thư viện graph (DGL hoặc PyG) và Hugging Face Transformers.

* Thành thạo RDKit và ít nhất một phần mềm docking (AutoDock Vina, Glide, …).

* Có kinh nghiệm triển khai trên cloud (AWS/GCP), container (Docker/Kubernetes) và distributed training multi-GPU.

Ưu tiên:

* Đã đóng góp open-source ML tools hoặc có kinh nghiệm generative molecular modeling.

* Từng làm việc với dữ liệu genomics/omics (RNA-seq, WGS, single-cell…) và các thư viện liên quan.

* Có kinh nghiệm lead/mentor team nhỏ.
