Công ty hoạt động trong lĩnh vực AI for Biotechnology, chuyên phát triển nền tảng học máy phục vụ khám phá và tối ưu hóa thuốc. Đội ngũ gồm các nhà khoa học đến từ Singapore và Việt Nam, hợp tác cùng các chuyên gia trong lĩnh vực hóa học, sinh học và dữ liệu y sinh. Mục tiêu là ứng dụng trí tuệ nhân tạo và điện toán đám mây để rút ngắn chu kỳ phát triển thuốc mới và tăng độ chính xác trong dự đoán phân tử.

Job Description

Trách nhiệm công việc:

  • Thiết kế và duy trì hệ thống pipeline dữ liệu phục vụ xử lý dữ liệu phân tử và sinh học quy mô lớn.
  • Tự động hóa quy trình high-throughput docking simulations, trích xuất và xử lý dữ liệu docking phục vụ huấn luyện mô hình.
  • Nghiên cứu và triển khai Graph Neural Network (GNN) và Transformer models cho bài toán dự đoán tính chất phân tử, tối ưu hóa và sàng lọc thuốc ảo.
  • Xây dựng quy trình semi-supervised learning và active learning nhằm tận dụng dữ liệu gán nhãn hạn chế.
  • Thiết lập tiêu chuẩn đánh giá mô hình (ROC-AUC, enrichment factor, v.v.) và tối ưu hóa kiến trúc mạng.
  • Phối hợp chặt chẽ với đội chemist, biologist, software engineer để đảm bảo khả năng mở rộng (GPU training, distributed computing) và tính tái lập.
  • Trình bày kết quả trong nội bộ và tại các hội nghị hoặc công bố nghiên cứu.

Requirements

  • Học vấn: Tiến sĩ hoặc tương đương (Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology).
  • Kinh nghiệm: Ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm chuyên sâu trong AI/ML.
  • Thành thạo Python, các framework PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX.
  • Có kinh nghiệm với DGL/PyG, Hugging Face, RDKit, AutoDock Vina hoặc Glide.
  • Hiểu biết về semi-supervised learning, attention mechanisms, transformers.
  • Kinh nghiệm sử dụng cloud (AWS/GCP), Docker/Kubernetes, multi-GPU training.
  • Nền tảng tốt về statistics, optimization, experimental design.
  • Giao tiếp tốt, có khả năng làm việc nhóm đa ngành.

Preferred Skills

  • Đóng góp mã nguồn mở (open-source).
  • Kinh nghiệm generative molecular modeling.
  • Có kinh nghiệm mentoring hoặc dẫn dắt nhóm nghiên cứu.
  • Làm việc với dữ liệu omics (RNA-seq, WGS, single-cell) là lợi thế.
