Objective

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development to join our team in the Trading industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and institutional clients.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Service teams to optimize business outcomes.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.
  • Report regularly and complete other tasks assigned by upper managers.

We believe you have

Education:
Bachelor/ Diploma's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 1+ years of proven experience in the brokerage or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and trading products such as CFDs, Forex, and Commodities.
  • Existing network of IBs, affiliates, or institutional clients.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of regional regulatory environments.

Skills:

  • Proficient in English, Mandarin is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and highly responsible.
