1. Mô tả công việc

QA Lead Engineer chịu trách nhiệm quản lý và đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm phần mềm cho các dự án khách hàng Nhật Bản, bao gồm kiểm thử manual và automation.

Vị trí này đóng vai trò đầu mối kỹ thuật và quản lý chất lượng giữa team phát triển nội bộ và khách hàng, đảm bảo sản phẩm đáp ứng đúng yêu cầu, tiêu chuẩn và thời hạn bàn giao.

Nhiệm vụ chính:

  • Xây dựng kế hoạch và chiến lược kiểm thử phù hợp với đặc thù dự án outsource.
  • Phân công, theo dõi và hướng dẫn công việc cho nhóm QA (manual và automation).
  • Làm việc chặt chẽ với PM, developer để nắm yêu cầu, xác định phạm vi test, đánh giá rủi ro và đảm bảo tiến độ QA.
  • Thiết kế, review và quản lý test cases, test reports, bug reports theo yêu cầu của khách hàng.
  • Kiểm soát quy trình kiểm thử từ Unit Test, Integration Test đến System Test và UAT.
  • Đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm đạt tiêu chuẩn của khách hàng Nhật (về logic, UI/UX, performance, consistency…).
  • tham gia đề xuất cải tiến quy trình QA nội bộ, áp dụng automation hoặc công cụ hỗ trợ để nâng cao hiệu suất.
  • Báo cáo tiến độ, kết quả kiểm thử và tình hình chất lượng cho quản lý và khách hàng

2. Yêu cầu công việc

Bắt buộc:

  • Có từ 7 năm kinh nghiệm kiểm thử phần mềm, trong đó ít nhất 2 năm ở vị trí lead hoặc senior QA.
  • Có kinh nghiệm kiểm thử ứng dụng web (front-end, back-end, API).
  • Thành thạo manual testing, có tư duy logic, cẩn thận và khả năng phân tích yêu cầu tốt.
  • Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng và vận hành test automation framework (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, hoặc tương đương).
  • Có kiến thức về ngôn ngữ lập trình (PHP, Nodejs, Reactjs, v.v.) để phục vụ automation testing.
  • Kinh nghiệm làm việc trong môi trường outsourcing là lợi thế.
  • Khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh trong công việc (đọc hiểu tài liệu, viết report, giao tiếp với khách hàng hoặc PM).
  • Có kỹ năng lãnh đạo, lập kế hoạch, quản lý và mentor team QA.
  • Ưu tiên: Ứng viên có kiến thức về quy trình Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, hoặc có chứng chỉ ISTQB.
