We are an AI Fintech company specializing in assessing credit profiles of consumers in emerging markets, combining pioneering AI with large alternative data sources. In 2020, we reached our ambitious milestone of credit profiling 1bn consumers spanning 4 countries - Vietnam, Indonesia, India & the Philippines - and building a platform for the wider industry and the financial services industry, in particular, to provide the 'un & under' served access to credit. At the core of this initiative has been our strict and unwavering adherence to the norms of consumer data privacy and consumer data rights.

How you will make an impact in this role

You will drive the evolution of the conversational AI core engine, optimizing user interaction and system responsiveness. By ensuring the platform meets performance benchmarks, you will contribute to a high-quality user experience. Your work will be instrumental in establishing a compliant and efficient conversational platform that supports Kompato's business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the evolution of the conversational AI core engine and configuration interface.
  • Prioritize and deliver on the feature roadmap in collaboration with the data science team.
  • Optimize conversational flow, tool usage, and system latency.
  • Ensure the conversational AI platform meets performance benchmarks in real-world scenarios.
Requirements
  • Customer empathy, first principle problem solving, and extreme ownership.
  • Proficiency in optimizing conversational user interfaces and enhancing system performance.
  • Experience in reducing latency and ensuring performance benchmarks.
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver on the feature roadmap in collaboration with the DS team.
  • Skills in optimizing conversational flow, tool usage, and system latency.
  • Experience in ensuring the platform meets performance benchmarks in real-world scenarios.
