We are looking for Data analyst/ Business Data Analyst to develop our customer system.

Job Description

  • Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements related to data and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders (business and technical teams) to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of requirements.
  • Prepare BRD, SRS, process documentation, prototypes, and mockups for new products or features.
  • Support business testing and ensure data quality in delivered solutions.
  • Propose process improvements and optimize data utilization for analytics and reporting.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years as a BA Data, preferably in Data or BI projects.
  • Strong SQL.
  • Good to have Data Lake/ Data Warehouse knowledge
  • Must have Data Modeling
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to work independently or in a team.
  • Ability to quickly understand and adapt to new business processes and regulations.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with banking domain
  • English communication is plus
