JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE

The Prestige Marketing Intern primarily earns learning take-away from supporting Prestige event operations and CRM data analysis as well as customer services. It will contribute to realize the end goal of delivering Prestige brand experiences to targeted customers (VIC including HNWIs) to recruit, upgrade and retain them, while building and maintaining strong relationships with VICs.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Prestige event operations:

  2. Assist in execution: monitoring events, venue, design, guest list, scripts etc., in close

collaboration with event agencies

  • Assist to ensure smooth and on-brand VIC experiences during events (on-site

management)

  • Produce report for post event evaluation and improvement areas (if applicable)
  • Together with Private Client Manager (PCM), assist to support the organization of VIP

events for CP's private customers

  • Accompany Head of Prestige and/or PCMs in prestige events (brand events,

sponsorship/partnership events, other luxury brands events etc.) to act as Pernod

Ricard contact point and collect VIC database

  1. CRM data analysis & customer service:

  2. Assist in executing Le Cercle's related scopes:

a. Benefits for VIC after purchase: delivery of flowers & cards, home service etc.

based on purchase drivers to retain VIC and get new leads through VIC referral

b. Production of gifts (holiday, customer appreciation gifts) and Le Cercle's identity

kits

c. Customer care (feedback and complaints collection, gift delivery, etc..) and

document them for future insights

  1. Back-office intelligence:

  2. Assist to produce reports on luxury consumption trends, competitor activities, and VIC

preferences to continuously evolve engagement strategies

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • College / bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent
  • Experience in organizing events and/or CRM for luxury brand portfolio or hospitality or multinational companies is preferable
  • Tech savvy with good command of MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of D2VIP/ HNWI environment
  • English language fluency
