Our client is a leading manufacturing company in Vietnam who is looking for experienced talent to join their firm.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and demands across various international regions and customer segments.

  • Collaborate with Production, R&D, Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Customer Service, and Finance departments to develop products tailored to target markets.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with foreign partners, distributors, manufacturers, and international auditing companies.

  • Manage export operations including contract negotiation, order tracking, documentation, and international payments.

  • Propose strategies for market expansion, participate in international trade fairs, and lead trade promotion activities.

  • Maintain and develop existing client portfolios while expanding potential customer bases.

  • Prepare regular business performance reports, market analysis, and competitor assessments.

Requirements

  • Open-minded, flexible, and proactive in multicultural environments.

  • Solid expertise in import-export procedures and international trade.

  • Proven experience in developing international clients or managing existing client networks.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills, with a strong results orientation.

  • Preference given to candidates with experience in electronics, household appliances, kitchen equipment, or water solutions.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, International Trade, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within the same industry.

  • Experience working in FDI enterprises or international environments is preferred.

  • Proficient English skills for daily communication, negotiation, and work-related tasks.
