Job Purpose:

Responsible for maintaining and improving automation systems across the production line. This

includes PLC programming, robotics integration, and implementing automation initiatives to

enhance efficiency and product quality.

Main Responsibilities:

 Automation Software and Tools: Program, modify, and maintain PLC systems and

automation frameworks.

 Robotics: Operate, troubleshoot, and optimize robotics and motion control systems.

 Cloud and Data Integration: Support data collection from machines, and coordinate with

engineering teams to improve automation data flow.

 Problem-Solving: Identify and analyse automation-related issues, provide technical solutions

to prevent reoccurrence.

 Project Management: Participate in automation improvement projects; manage timelines,

priorities, and results.

Job Requirements:

 Education: Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields.

 Experience: 2-3 years of experience in automation systems or production maintenance

Technical Skills: PLC programming (Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi), robotics, motion control,

industrial sensors.

 Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, project management, and teamwork skills.

 Language: English (working proficiency).

 Bonus: Knowledge of PM/TPM and experience in paper packaging machines (folder-gluer,

printing, converting) is a plus.
