Job Description:

  • Assist in creating content for internal communication channels (internal newsletter, email updates, group chats, office bulletin boards, etc.).
  • Support filming, photography, and editing short videos for internal activities, events, and corporate culture campaigns.
  • Help collect employee feedback and conduct surveys to improve overall employee experience.
  • Propose creative ideas to refresh internal content and promote company culture in a friendly, engaging way.
  • Participate in organizing internal events: employee birthdays, recognition programs, special celebrations, teambuilding activities, etc.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements:

  • 3rd- or 4th-year university student in relevant majors.
  • Personal laptop required.
  • Minimum internship commitment: 8 sessions/week (4 hours per session).
  • Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or other design/editing tools.
  • Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with groups.
  • Ability to host activities, MC programs, and coordinate events flexibly.
