Recruitment & Admin Executive
 
high qualified candidate for the position at the moment. 

  • Working location:

District 2, HCMC (Office)
- Working time:

Mon - Fri
- Salary:

15-20mil Gross/month

MAIN DUTIES: (80% Recruitment + 20% Admin)

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, etc.
  • Coordinate all interviews and ensure that all tests and interview materials.
  • Post and manage job advertisements for new openings in accordance with the job description and hiring requirements.
  • Discuss with the Recruiting Leader and provide effective recommendations on recruitment solutions.
  • Work closely with Business Unit and Department Leaders to understand staffing needs and enhance recruitment efficiency.
  • Support office administration tasks, including visa and work permit applications, rental apartment coordination and management, office supply management and distribution (stationery, toolkits, transportation, etc.), and courier services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader.

Job Requirement

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment in footwear, garment, or leather.
  • Proven ability in sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation processes.
  • Experience in social media recruiting (preferred).
  • Background in headhunting or recruitment consultancy (a plus).
  • Experience in the leather industry is an advantage.
  • Basic English skills.
  • Solid computer skills (Windows, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
