Role Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
General Manager
to lead
Crowne Plaza Vinh Yen
, a modern 170-key property strategically located in one of Vietnam's growing urban hubs. As General Manager, you will provide day-to-day leadership to drive operational excellence, maximize revenue and profitability, and position the hotel as a preferred destination for business and leisure travelers. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, building a high-performing team, and championing the Crowne Plaza brand in the local market.

Your Role at a Glance
This role requires a leader who can inspire and engage teams through clear performance goals, mentorship, and succession planning. You will create a culture of guest obsession by continuously improving service standards, proactively engaging with guests, and ensuring brand compliance. Financial acumen is key, as you will oversee annual planning, revenue management, and capital projects to ensure long-term value creation. Your ability to leverage technology platforms and distribution channels will be instrumental in optimizing the hotel's market share.

What We're Looking For
You'll bring
5–10 years of senior hotel management experience
, ideally within upscale or full-service properties, along with a strong background in operations, guest experience, and stakeholder relations. A degree in Hotel or Business Administration is preferred, and fluency in English is essential. This role requires a collaborative leader who is also a brand ambassador — actively involved in community engagement and committed to delivering sustainable, responsible business practices.
