Hanoi Branch Manager

Position Summary

ATS Hanoi is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to organize, coordinate, and  lead all office operations and  procedures. This key leadership role is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and  smooth operation of the Hanoi Office.

Balancing strategic goals with hands-on management, the Branch Manager will be responsible for meeting business outcomes set by the Board  of Management, controlling costs, streamlining administrative procedures, and  effectively managing all office staff through supervision and  task delegation.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, motivate, and  support the Hanoi counselling team.
• Coach, mentor, and  discipline all office staff.
• Evaluate and  manage staff task performance to ensure high standards.
• Ensure the high performance of counselors by providing adequate coaching, training, and  guidance.
• Assist HR with recruiting and  training new members for the Hanoi office.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and  service-oriented office culture that encourages top performance and  high morale.

Sales & Customer Service Management

• Propose and  implement marketing and  recruitment initiatives to achieve enrolment targets.
• Drive the counselling team to complete assigned tasks and  achieve allocated sales targets.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and  satisfaction across all counseling members.
• Personally handle escalated customer cases and  serious disputes with professionalism, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Prepare and submit monthly sales and incentive reports.

Operations & Financial Oversight

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflows  and  regulatory compliance.
• Manage all daily office services, including procedures, correspondence, filing systems, and  supply requisitions.
• Oversee branch budgeting, financial reporting, and  strategic planning.
• Ensure all clerical functions are properly assigned and  monitored.Identify and  address operational problems and  new opportunities for the company.
• Allocate available resources effectively to enable successful task performance.

Compliance & Stakeholder Relations

• Maintain a good rapport with clients, key stakeholders, and  business partners.
• Schedule visits and  arrange counselor training for foreign institution clients.
• Ensure and  monitor that the office and  all staff adhere to company policies and  local authority rules and  regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a management or leadership role, preferably as a Branch Manager or Team Leader.
• Strong experience within the education consultancy or a similar service-oriented industry.
• Demonstrable track record of leading a team to achieve sales targets.
• Excellent customer service skills, with experience in conflict resolution and  handling serious complaints.
