1. Mục tiêu công việc

● Chịu trách nhiệm chính trong việc phát triển và tối ưu hóa game 3D mang tính giáo dục, có tính

năng giao tiếp thời gian thực sử dụng Unity và SignalR.

● Vị trí này đóng vai trò kỹ sư chủ lực, tham gia thiết kế kiến trúc hệ thống client, xây dựng cơ chế đồng bộ dữ liệu realtime, và tối ưu trải nghiệm học tập tương tác cho người dùng.

● Thiết kế và phát triển gameplay core, 3D interaction systems và UI/UX logic trong Unity.

2. Nhiệm vụ chính

● Tích hợp và tối ưu lớp giao tiếp thời gian thực (SignalR Realtime Communication Layer) giữa client và server.

● Xây dựng kiến trúc hệ thống linh hoạt, hỗ trợ các mô hình chơi đa người (multiplayer), lớp học ảo hoặc session-based learning.

● Triển khai các module tương tác học tập như quiz, simulation hoặc puzzle 3D.

● Tối ưu hiệu năng cho WebGL, PC và Mobile, đảm bảo độ ổn định và độ trễ thấp.

● Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các nhóm Backend (.NET/SignalR), Design và Instructional Design để đảm bảo tính khả thi kỹ thuật và mục tiêu giáo dục.

● Tham gia code review, hướng dẫn thành viên khác và duy trì tiêu chuẩn code chất lượng cao.

● Phát triển và duy trì các công cụ nội bộ phục vụ quy trình sản xuất nội dung (content configuration, analytics, data binding, v.v.).

3. Yêu cầu chuyên môn

Bắt buộc:

● Tối thiểu 4 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển với Unity (C#), trong đó có ít nhất 1 dự án 3D hoàn chỉnh.

● Thành thạo về kiến trúc game, lập trình bất đồng bộ (async programming) và networking trong Unity.

● Có kinh nghiệm triển khai và tích hợp SignalR hoặc các framework WebSocket tương tự.

● Hiểu sâu về Addressable Assets, Scriptable Objects, Coroutines/Tasks và Object Pooling.

● Có kinh nghiệm với URP, scene streaming, camera management và asset optimization.

● Thành thạo profiling và tối ưu hiệu năng (CPU, GPU, Memory).

● Có khả năng đọc hiểu code backend (C#/.NET Core) và phối hợp làm việc với nhóm server-side.

Ưu tiên:

● Có hiểu biết về EduTech, Game-Based Learning hoặc Gamification.

● Kinh nghiệm phát triển game realtime multiplayer hoặc collaborative tools.

● Đã từng làm việc với Photon, Mirror hoặc SignalR Hub.

● Kinh nghiệm với UI Toolkit hoặc UGUI và tối ưu hóa đa nền tảng.

● Có hiểu biết cơ bản về DevOps (CI/CD, build pipelines, versioning).

4. Kỹ năng và tư duy mong đợi

● Tư duy hệ thống tốt, có khả năng thiết kế kiến trúc realtime hiệu quả.

● Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề và tối ưu quy trình phát triển.

● Tinh thần chủ động, trách nhiệm cao và định hướng kết quả.

● Có khả năng hướng dẫn, mentoring và hỗ trợ các thành viên junior/mid.

● Hứng thú với việc kết hợp công nghệ game và giáo dục.

● Làm việc nhóm hiệu quả trong môi trường Agile/Scrum.
