For our group company, NKG Commercial Services Company Limited, we are looking for a Regional Support Services - Accountant (f/m/d). The position will be based in An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

Your responsibilities

  • Perform Accounting Data entry in the system accurately and timely for Monthly Accounting Close.
  • Accounts Payable – Preparation of payments and ensuring that all payments are accurate and verified by the respective department.
  • New Vendor Payment Details – Ensure that proper checks are performed for New Vendor Payment Details before processing payment
  • Accounts Receivable – Support in sending and following up on the Statement of Accounts. Processing of AR receipts into the system
  • Interco Billing – Support in the Interco Billing process and Reconciliation
  • BS Schedules – Preparation and support in the BS Schedules
  • Treasury – Support the Regional Finance team in FX / Treasury-related matters
  • GST/Quarterly/Annual Reports Preparation – Support the Regional Finance team in the data points
  • Support any other Accounting/Finance tasks when requested

Job Requirements:

  • Fluency in English is required
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regional or multicultural environment.
