Moatable is expanding our footprint in Vietnam, and we are looking for a highly capable, proactive, and business-driven
HR Business Partner (HRBP)
to support our fast-growing Product & Engineering teams. This is a strategic, hands-on role that partners closely with business leaders to drive talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness.

What You'll Be Responsible For

1. Strategic Business Partnership

  • Deeply understand the business strategy, team operations, and talent needs of the departments you support.
  • Lead and execute the full HRBP cycle across supported teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders.

2. Full-Spectrum HRBP Solutions

  • Provide end-to-end HRBP support including workforce planning, performance management, engagement, employee relations, and team development.
  • Design and implement people strategies that enhance productivity and organizational health.

3. Talent Development & Culture Building

  • Design career growth frameworks, capability development programs, and talent development plans.
  • Build and reinforce a strong company culture; energize teams and help drive business acceleration.
  • Activate team cohesion, collaboration, and long-term development.

4. HR Project Execution & Enablement

  • Drive the implementation of company-wide HR initiatives within supported teams.
  • Partner with leaders and employees to improve processes, empower individuals, and elevate business performance.

5. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for Product & Engineering (or other supported functions).
  • Deliver high-quality hires with speed and precision through innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels and creative hiring approaches to meet headcount targets efficiently.

What We're Looking For

1. Background & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 1–5+ years of full-module HR experience
    , with strengths in employee engagement, culture, and talent development.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the complete HRBP lifecycle independently.

2. Communication & Ownership

  • Fluent English — strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High ownership mindset; able to operate independently, make decisions, and drive business outcomes.

3. HR Expertise

  • Solid experience across all HR functions, especially:
  • Performance management for Product/Engineering teams
  • Organizational diagnosis and effectiveness
  • Improving team productivity & cohesion
  • Talent development & organizational development

4. Personal Qualities

  • Fast learner, highly adaptable, strong sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent execution and delivery capability with strong stakeholder influencing skills.
  • Collaborative, open-minded, and solution-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and handling pressure with positivity.
