Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or Master's preferred.• 10+ years of progressive experience in procurement leadership roles, with a significant portion at a strategic level (e.g., VP of Procurement, Head of Global Sourcing).• Demonstrated success in developing and executing global procurement strategies that deliver significant cost savings and operational efficiencies.• Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to manage complex contracts and supplier relationships.• Deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, risk management, and ethical sourcing.• Experience with procurement technologies and digital transformation initiatives.• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
