About the Role:

We are seeking a Commercial Manager based in Vietnam to manage our business development and partner relationships across Vietnam, China, India, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines. You will be responsible for sales outreach, customer engagement, onboarding partners to the platform, and maintaining long-term relationships with key regional stakeholders. This position will involve travel for trade fairs, client visits, and meetings across the assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Identify, approach, and onboard new exporters, importers, distributors, and suppliers in target markets.

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of trade opportunities across assigned countries.

Coordinate and facilitate B2B meetings and trade discussions between buyers and suppliers on the platform.

Support the Dubai and India teams with local insights, introductions, and lead generation.

Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business and sourcing opportunities.

Supplier Development & Relationship Building:

Be on continuous lookout for potential suppliers, growers, and exporters in the region.

Build trust and long-term partnerships with reliable supply sources to support 's trade operations.

Assist in qualifying suppliers and assessing their capabilities, product range, and export readiness.

Share supplier feedback and coordinate for registration and onboarding on the platform.

Relationship Management:

Maintain excellent relationships with existing buyers and suppliers.

Ensure smooth onboarding and support for customers and vendors on the platform.

Act as the primary contact for regional partners and resolve coordination issues.

Sales Coordination & Reporting:

Track sales activities, follow-ups, and progress using internal systems.

Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to the Global Sales Head.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams for local campaigns and communication efforts.

Travel & Representation:

Represent at trade fairs, business events, and exhibitions in the assigned region.

Travel regularly to meet partners, suppliers, and distributors to strengthen trade relations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.

1–5 years of experience in international trade, export/import, or B2B sales (agri / food sector preferred).

Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Vietnamese or other Asian languages is a plus. Proactive and confident in relationship building and cross-cultural communication.

Good understanding of trade and supplier management dynamics.

Willingness to travel across Asia as required.
