Mô tả công việc:

  • Xây dựng kế hoạch nội dung chi tiết cho các kênh: Fanpage, Group, Website, Tik tok, Google Business Profile.
  • Viết và biên tập nội dung chuẩn SEO, nội dung social (caption, kịch bản video, seeding), nội dung quảng cáo.
  • Phân tích insight khách hàng, đề xuất angle truyền thông phù hợp từng ngành (Nội thất, Du lịch & Dịch vụ lưu trú, bất động sản, F&B, Mỹ phẩm, Giáo dục & Đào tạo, B2B dịch vụ, Thương mại điện tử….).
  • Triển khai A/B testing nội dung quảng cáo để tối ưu CTR, CPC, CVR.
  • Phối hợp với Ads, SEO, Design để đảm bảo nội dung nhất quán và tối ưu hiệu quả.
  • Hướng dẫn, hỗ trợ đào tạo Content Executive trong quá trình triển khai.
  • Tham gia xây dựng guideline nội dung chuẩn cho từng nhóm ngành.

    Làm việc trực tiếp với các thương hiệu đa ngành- cơ hội phát triển tư duy chiến lược & mở rộng portfolio cá nhân.
  • Chính sách xét tăng lương định kỳ 6 tháng/lần hoặc theo hiệu quả công việc.
  • Đầy đủ chế độ: BHXH, BHYT, BHTN, nghỉ phép, nghỉ lễ theo quy định.
  • Phúc lợi khác: team building, du lịch, sinh nhật, thưởng Lễ – Tết, hỗ trợ chi phí khi làm việc ngoài giờ.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Trung cấp - Nghề

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Ít nhất 2–3 năm kinh nghiệm Content Marketing (ưu tiên từng làm Agency)
  • Có kinh nghiệm viết đa dạng format: long-form SEO, short-form social, script video, email marketing.
  • Khả năng research thị trường và phân tích insight khách hàng.
  • Biết sử dụng công cụ hỗ trợ cơ bản: Google Trends, Keyword Planner, Chat GPT/AI hỗ trợ sáng tạo, Canva.
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm viết cho các ngành: Nội thất, Du lịch & Dịch vụ lưu trú, bất động sản, F&B, Mỹ phẩm, Giáo dục & Đào tạo, B2B dịch vụ, TMĐT,...
  • Tinh thần cầu tiến, sẵn sàng học hỏi xu hướng mới (AI Content, Content Personalization).
